Na manh\u00e3 do dia 06 de agosto, a Rede Nacional de Advogados e Advogadas Populares- \u00a0RENAP protocolou pedido na OAB-CE, para debater sobre a viola\u00e7\u00f5es ocorridas nas manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es, como abuso de autoridade e pris\u00f5es arbitr\u00e1rias, por exemplo.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0O pedido \u00e9 fundamentado no dever da OAB de defesa\u00a0do Estado democr\u00e1tico de direito e dos direitos humanos (Art. 44, I, da Lei n\u00ba 8.906, 1994). Relata tamb\u00e9m que ocorreram viola\u00e7\u00f5es de prerrogativas dos advogados, as quais a Institui\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m tem por finalidade a defesa.<\/span><\/div>\n
